Do you require a deposit?

Yes. I require a 25% non-refundable deposit once you book with me as your photographer. The remaining 75% is due one month before your booked portrait and couple sessions or wedding day. A custom payment plan can always be set up for the remaining 75%, just let me know! 

Can your packages be customized?

Yes, of course. I understand that every session and wedding is uniquely yours, so my packages can be tailored to fit your vision, whether that means adjusting coverage time, including a second photographer, or incorporating special requests. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Let’s create something that fits your needs perfectly! 

How long is the delivery time?

For portrait and couple sessions, your edited images will be delivered within 3-4 weeks, while weddings will be ready within 6-8 weeks, to ensure every image is carefully perfected. Quality and attention to detail are my top priorities, so you will receive a gallery that is truly worth the wait!

How are the images delivered? 

Once your images are edited, you’ll receive a private online gallery, hosted on Pic-Time, where you can view, download, and share all of your images. As soon as your gallery is ready, you’ll receive a notification with a direct link to access your images within the estimated delivery time. Having your online gallery ensures you cherish and share your memories for a lifetime. 

Can I reschedule or cancel?

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I’m more than happy to accommodate changes when possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know as soon as possible. For rescheduling, I kindly ask that you reach out 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. No additional fees will be added for rescheduling the first time, however, any subsequent rescheduling will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Please note, if you choose to cancel, your 25% deposit is non-refundable.
